Can’t speak too well on it but assuming your pages are named the same, your SEO’s ranking should remain if moving from one to the other.
I don’t know how Webflow works but if the URL slugs are going to change (like the new site has /shop and it was /store , etc.), you can set up 301 redirects . That way your pages on search engines aren’t broken and go down in ranking.
