Cannot Publish site

I have created a new site via the templates. Once Ive made initial changes, I can’t seem to be able to SAVE or PUBLISH. Neither button has any reaction at all. I have built 30 or so sites and never had this problem. However I haven’t built any for a few months. Hoping somebody can help so thanks in advance.

So this is a common issue I have seen, Neal. I would recommend clearing your cookies and cache.

I notice you have multiple sites; is this the problem with ALL sites, or just one?

If All: Definitely call support. If just one, it’s most likely a cookie/cache issue. If clearing your cache does NOT resolve it, definitely open a support ticket.

Thank you. Tried it. Previous sites working fine. New ones still won’t publish or save. That includes on a public library iMac too by the way.
