Question:
Has anyone seen, been able to resolve issues saving forms?
Product:
Working in Wix Studio. I created a form for a job application. The client upgraded so we could add more fields to the form. When I add additional fields, I receive a message “there was an error while trying to save your changes”. I cannot copy the form or save it.
What have you already tried:
Closed out of Wix and logged back in, cleared cache, tried multiple browsers.
Additional information:
This is not impacting the site itself. Autosave is enabled and working and new content is publishing with no issues.

I know the error message is a little generic 
which makes it a little more difficult to figure out what’s happening.
Do you know how many fields are in the form? And the name of the plan the site is on?

Thank you for responding. They are currently subscribed to the standard plan and have used 50 of the 75 available fields. I thought maybe this was a glitch carried over from when they upgraded their plan, but it will not let me make a copy of it either. I get the same error message. When I try to copy it, it tells me “we couldn’t copy your form due to a technical error”. I was hoping to not have to redo the whole thing. The form was created before they upgraded to standard. I’m assuming that might be impacting this.

Sorry for the delay - the issue seems to be related to 2 fields in the form. The team is going to solve the issue to prevent it from happening in the future, but in the meantime, they have provided a workaround 
The first “To?” field got saved with a very short field key. Here’s how to solve it:
- Remove field ‘To?’ that has field key ‘to’
- Add new field, set it up with titles and so on, check if field key has more than 2 characters, if no add additional number or letter
- Save form

Hi Noah. Thanks again for your response. I tried renaming the fields and got the error so I tried removing them altogether and the form still would not save.
The attached screen shot shows removal of each of those fields. Upon removal I attempted to save and got the same error message.
I am having the same issue. Can somebody please assist ASAP, thank you.
I cannot save my Wix Form. It is the old forms and I am using 6 fields including a signature. I have built it three times, and not only will it not save it, but when I go back to create it again the form name is blocked because it is already in use. I have a Premium Business account. This is a major failure of a key component on Wix. Please help.
