Cannot Save Data of Wix Form in The Submission Table (And Database).

Hello…

I build a Wix form (Not a Custom Form), the entered data should view in two places (Contact + Database, Submission Tables).

The data are always showing up in the Contacts.

CONTACT:

But not all the data shows and saved in the database, from 10 submissions only one who shows.

DATABASE:

2074×880 146 KB

Any ideas for this problem?
