# Captcha never completes

I notice that wix has added a captcha when a customer creates a new member account on my site. Suddenly I have noticed my sales plummeted and I realise that the captcha can’t be solved! It is in a continuous loop.

I’ve checked and it’s happening on another one of my sites too.

Is it possible to remove this? I can’t see any way to do so. I can’t express how urgent this is!
