Is it possible to have a database with about 2800 past law cases that deal with divorce and family law, enter them into the database and then narrow the search using tags or the like and have the narrowed results displayed on a single page? Obviously you can’t have 2800 separate pages in WIX. Can anyone help recommend an out-of-the-box solution like Corvid/Velo and if this is possible with a WIX Business VIP Package?
Yes it is definitely possible.
You can create a FILTER-ENGINE by your own, or search for CODE-examples which could fit to your project.
Or you just wait until my SUPER-FILTER-SEARCH-ENGINE is ready to GO! 
Where you will have a lot of possibilities, like switching between several DATA-presets (by just choosing a predifined DATA-Collection to view it in a table or a repeater). Filterring it by using checkboxes and dropdowns, or just using some words to serach for results in the database of your choice.

There are a lot of tutorials and solutions available out there, mine is one of them - Tutorial: Conditional Data Filtering .
There’s no out-of-the-box solutions that you can just copy and paste, each case is different, you need to create yours, or find someone to create it for you.
