Change an element of a list evertime the page refreshes

Hey guys, I don’t know if this has been answered before, but I couldn’t find it, so, here is my question:
Is there any way that I can put a list of items and show only one everytime the page refreshes or after 24 hours? My idea is to make a “recommended product” window and in it, show a different product everyday without me having to do it manually.
