Change the partner program levels name

@sheyla IMHO it is naive to think that partners won’t use their rank to sell themselves. nor that clients take the time to truly research the person they hire. If you look at all of the complaints about scammers (meaning a client who did not take to heart the concept of “Caveat Emptor”) you can see that clients need help. They need to be protected from themselves sometimes. And while this may not directly be Wix’s responsibility, it surely impacts their reputation !
