changed repeater's results based on another repeater selection?

I have 2 repeaters setup in a dynamic page. This is how I want to structure it.

  • Press one of the options from upper repeater

  • link to the anchor

  • the lower repeater display the corresponding information based on the selection on upper repeater
    do I need to use wix code? or did I not setup the filter correctly?
