Changing a Plan

Want to change a clients plan from unlimited to combo they don’t need unlimited but I cant see where to change it. See here suggests I should see a change plan option. but I dont…?

I can see there is a very long winded workaround but this seems a bit much to me. :slight_smile:

Hi! There are some exceptions where the primary instructions are not applicable. In those cases, you’ll have to follow the alternate instructions listed when you scroll down within that same article.
