Chat problem on phone screen

has anyone else had a similar problem with the chat on the site?
yesterday I noticed and it seems that nothing I do helps.

the chat is only partially visible at the bottom of the phone screen and is completely unusable.
And so in that picture is a screenshot from the phone.

however, it works well on the PC screen without any problems

What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Based on the URL in the screenshot, I can see it’s also happening on my mobile device, but my laptop is fine. Perhaps the classic :wink: uninstall and reinstall would work?

Apparently, the problem is only with the chrome browser, while others seem to work on the phone. And on a computer it works with all browsers

And I’ve tried deleting that add-on and installing it again, but it doesn’t work. And the strangest thing was that before everything worked without problems and then the problems started
