Okay, so not actually a dating service, but similar

We match psychologists with clients.

  1. A user creates a post

  2. All posts are shown to a bunch of psychologists

  3. Psychologists send a response to posts which registers their interest

  4. The client selects the psychologist they would like to chat with. - When the user selects the psychologist, this generates a URL which is made up of the psychologists ID and the clients ID
    On this user generated URL I would like to provide a chat which hosts only the two relevant people, request payments and send images and forms.

Whats the best way to go about this? whats available out there?
