Checking if 24 hours has passed since last member login time

Thank you for your help J.D but all of the results say false. When two of the three members should say true.

memlastlogin is in this format
Tue Apr 19 2022 15:34:36 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)

now is in this format
1651085494264

The member that has not log in within 24 hours as a time stamp of 
Tue Apr 19 2022 15:34:36 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)
It returns a false

To clarify when it returns true it should mean that they have logged within 24 hours. When it returns false it should mean that it has been more than 24 hours that they have logged in.
