CLICK ID parameter

Hello,
I am not a developer and a basic user of wix. I am setting up an Ad campaign with Adcash network and they require me to share campaign URL(in this case which is a leadgen form on the wix website i created) with a CLICK ID parameter. Attaching screenshot.

Note - He shared an S2S link previously which i added to the lead generation (Landing page) of the website via marketing integration option.

Now i dont know how to add CLICK ID parameter in the URL on wix website page.

Please Help.
