Sadly, most people who think they need a website don’t know what they want. That’s why you are needed! 
Yes - some of these points are very good, and a lot of them can be honed with processes. Also, 1k+ leads and only 20 conversions is incredibly low by our internal average. Settings may need a tweak. I’m not sure how your profile is configured, but I would look into the arena guidelines and just double check your rates, settings, etc are all in order.
