Hey yall. Having an issue I can’t figure out. My client and I are viewing the site I’ve built on the same browser (Chrome), and I’m seeing it as it should be, while they’re seeing spacing issues. Particularly, the line-height of some headers and the width of the menu bar.
Has anyone encountered this issue and have a solution? I can’t figure out how to replicate the problem on my end so I’m stumped.

When this happens, we must consider the monitor size and resolution, along with the browser and machine they are using.
IF all conditions are similar, and if client is not seeing I have posted live, I have them clear their browser cache and restart the application.
Request screen shots from clients and or, what I often do, is a do a screen share session to experience their experience first hand.
I had one client who hadn’t updated their browser in 3-years. I kid you not.
Yes of course! We were on the same size laptop and browser, and I also had them clear their cache. No dice.
I’m gonna have them update and hopefully that will fix the problem. I’ll report back.
