Closing container Box by clicking a button

Dear Sir,

My Wix Website is www.paris-avenues.com

Please advise how can I close container box #2 when clicking on button #27 (the Grey long button in the middle of the picture’s bottom) ? noting that the container box and the button has already other codes related to their actions such as :

  1. The Container Box has a code keeping it open as long as the mouse is inside its boarders
  2. The Button has a link to open a page of product group search results

Hi,
Do you refer to a lightbox or a container box?
If you refer to a box, you can simply hide it or collapse it. If you refer to a lightbox, you can use the close function.

Thanks for your reply, I am referring to a container box not a light box, I am not well versed in code, kindly advise what would be the example code that hides it or collapses it when I click on a button ?

Is it possible to make a button perform double function on a click (like open a page and hiding or closing a content box) when the button is clicked ?
