My client submitted a lead, checked me out, then requested a consultation call. I have 2 leads open with the same client. Call has been completed and pending quote approval. You must enter a URL to close a lead, I don’t want to leave this open until we are done her website and then close the 1st lead as the project completed…
what are others doing?

Hellllloooooooooooooo? I have had a consultation call lead completed for weeks and can’t close it. The client is a nightmare and her project will take a long time so there is no domain and she does not want it publisheds ( even with pages hidden from search engines… I feel this should be a straight forward questions since it’s an option in the marketplace???

It isn’t going to hurt you to keep it in progress. I sent an email to the team for a more thorough answer. I should hear something by tomorrow.
I talked to the team: leaving it open won’t hurt anything. They will be adding more features to address these requests more adequately in the future. =)
Thanks Brett, I wish Wix would focus on more important features like within stores and bookings, than releasing one that frankly doesn’t function how it should
