Does anyone know how to obtain the names and email addresses of people who want to download a specific pdf from a site that contains multiple pdfs? For example, if you scroll down to the EXPERTISE section on https://www.valeriemyers.org/diversity (not designed by me) - how can we collect name/email address when someone wants to view/download pdfs?
Two input fields, one for name, one for email. A submit button. Make the fields required and then only show the PDF button on submit. Set the two fields to input to a database and you should have all the information you need
