Combining multiple datafields into one field (for search, not display)

Have looked over a couple examples seen and tried and they fail to work.

Looking for this specifically: Have several datafields Title, Address, Description

Want to combine the data into one field for search use. So the new field titled Search will then have data of Title + Address + Description
