Hi, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. On our platform we sell dog treat boxes. We want to give our customers the option to add additional items to their treat box at a discounted price. Without a treat box, the customer cannot purchase the ‘add on’ item. Is it possible to set up our website to manage this? Not allowing the customer to purchase the ‘add on’ items without a treat box in their basket? Kind of like a conditional purchase.
We’ve tried to make it clear on our webpage but we have had an instance where a customer has purchased an add on item without a box.
