"Connect Button" is not Functioning as How I Chose to Work

“Next” button couldn’t go the Anchored link as how I chose to work when it is connected to dataset. It can go any page or anchored link when it is not connected with dataset.

Can you please clarify what is the scenario here? Why is it connected to the Dataset?
