Connect home page to different databases

Hi,

I’m a beginner from France. (Sorry for my bad English…)
I’m trying to make a webzine about cultural tourism which contains “travel articles”, “cultural agenda”, “book rewiews” and “news items”.
Travel articles are contained in the blog’s app.
Other headings are contained in a single data base.

My question is about the home page.
I would like to create one section for new items contained in each database : one section with last “cultural agenda” items, another with last “book reviews” items, a last one with “last news” items…

For the time being, i am not able to connect the home page to different databases.
Would you have any solution for me please ?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Marianne

Hi Marianne,

If I am understanding you correctly, you would like to have 3 different databases on the homepage, correct?

Are these in the blog itself or just three different databases displaying different things?

Hi Kaleigh,
Thank you for your reply.

That’s it : I was trying to have 3 different databases connected on the homepage, displaying different items (“cultural agenda”, “book rewiews”, “last news”).

I finally found the solution by myself :
Content manager > Dataset > Connect page elements to your content data.

Now my visitors can see last items from each datatbases and I’m happy with this.

Thanks for your interset.

Marianne
