Connect Wix database to third party app

Hello,

I have a kinda complicated question. I am building a website with Wix and an app with adalo . I 'd like connect the adalo collections to my wix collections. I heard that this should be possible using the databse API, wix patch and so on. But i just can’t manage to figure it out. Is anyone able to help me?
