Thanks for your reply. I am unsure of the cause of the problem, hence the post; I was wondering if anyone else had had the same issue and could give some assistance. I did not mean to allude to a bug as I assume everyone would have same problem, as I do not know what the cause is. However I will try support as you suggest.
