Why can I no longer contact support without a callback? I would prefer not to be on the phone at this time and would prefer to use chat or email. Are those options still available?
Likely a way to reduce the surge of outstanding unanswered requests. It would be impossible to deal with if thousands of requests were backlogged so funnel it into actual calls to at least get the big issues addressed right away. How I see it anyway.
That is somewhat reasonable if they would actually call back every time⦠Personally, I would rather just submit my ticket and wait for an answer sometimes though. I just like there use to be more options instead of only one.
