In our website designer using Content Manager, the Tags Field holding approximately 15 tag types, lost its dynamic list of those Tags already used in the database. Prior to this, its new Tag would dynamically add to the list. There are now none available.
Does anyone know why this happened? And, how can I fix it?

Our website offers a Digital Library of Content. The Library is tagged with key words in several columns. These tags are define by the person that publishes the item from within Content Manager in Editor.
On particular column has a field with many Tags, approximately 15+.
In the past, the items that have already been entered in this Tag Field dynamically build to assist the person in making this post. This is not a feature that we built, I am assuming it is a feature of Content Manager on the Editor. The list of options will build as this person begins to type in the Tag. It only adds a NEW TAG in this dynamic list, if this person presses enter on a Tag that doesn’t exist at that time.
Recently, this no longer works. Since there are 15+ Tags in this column, it is really a challenge to make sure this person doesn’t make a spelling error, etc.
I’m assuming there is some kind of rebuild of the Indexes that needs to happen for Content Manager to resume its prior function on this column.
