Courses, remove address and phone number from signup form

I would like to remove required sections from my forms, the phone number and mail address.

Courses signup forms

I don’t feel it is necessary to give phone numbers or addresses to online courses. I feel it invades privacy and people would not feel comfortable signing up if they have to add those fields. The phone number isn’t required but the address is. At least I’d like address not to be required.

I have google searched this and found no results.
