If you want to work your dropdowns inside of REPEATER, you will have to code additional code and to modifiy it.
Dropdowns inside REPEATER do work different then outside of REPEATER.
First test them outside repeater.
Check result, if it works.
Then do next step and try to implement them into repeater, by changing CODE
