How can I create a subscription plan for my Online Bakery Store where can CUSTOMIZE what goes inside. The idea: my customers can get weekly, or biweekly or monthly bread boxes for a specific fee BUT they get to choose the products.

To create a subscription option in my Restaurant website so my customers can join a subscription BUT they can customized their options inside.
What have you already tried:
I tried the current apps but they only accept closed subscriptions, without the chance to customize what is inside the boxes.
