# Creating Contact Form that will remove label from contact

Hi.

Hopefully I can explain myself well. I am trying to set up a custom email marketing funnel. I know contact forms once submitted can add a label to the person submitting the form. I need to create a form that once submitted can remove a specified label from the user and add a new label.

For example:

Form1: Adds label “Form1” once submitted.

Form2: Removes “Form1” label and adds “Form2” label to user once submitted.

I will set up an automation of emails per form but I would like the users submitting “Form2” to no longer have the “Form1” label.

I have the same question! I am trying to create a custom “update email preferences” form and would like to created subscribedto\_category and unsubscribedto\_category labels, and would like to be able to have only one of these labels assigned to a user at a time (for each category).

Would love to know if this is possible or when this feature will be available.
