I think that I had a very similar issue last week, button icon constantly spinning. Refreshing the page I found 50% of the time it had completed, but also 50% where it hadn’t. Support didn’t have a solution either. They passed it to HotelRunner support who set the rooms up for me. Sorry I don’t have an answer, but at least you know it isn’t just you. I tried multiple browsers on a mac but no different.

You would need to create a Wix support ticket to go through the system.
And where I can open a Wix support Ticket… i didn’t found… “shameonme”
