Not sure how to code the html button to achieve the final result – email pop up triggered upon clicking a button.

Can you help me through this process to set it up so that it is up and working.

But not sure how or where to put the code, and make sure that it is in the actual header/body.
Tried a bunch of things, but nothing I’ve tried is working.
