Custom Customer Pages to track Project Progress

Hello. I’m new to Wix and am currently building my site. I’ hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction. What I need to do isnt a new concept, so I’m hoping there’s an add in that I’m just unaware of. I need to create a customer login page to show the client the progress on their project. Not all jobs will require this, so I’d like to be the one to assign logins. There’s no need for them to be able to create a login.
Customer view: Each customer login page would be unique to their project and should contain the ability to add a task to their project. I’m thinking a feedback box would work well for the add task option. They will be able to see, but not edit the project progress info.
My view: I see a simple html form with three columns: location, task and status. This should be editable by me only. I’ve considered manually making this form with text boxes, which I’m not against. I’m just a bit confused as to how this would work because essentially client info/page is all unique and should pull from a client database…I think. I believe ill need an admin login. Does Wix offer something like this that I’ve missed?
