I’m designing a website for a client! I’ve created the perfect form using custom forms which was fairly easy to build.
however, because it’s a quote request, my client needs access on the go! is there anyway to access the database results via mobile, wix wpp or other?

Welcome to the Wix Code forums.
All you need are a couple pages to present the data. An index page (table, repeater, whatever) and a dynamic page for each entry. Look at the Table Index example for a simple way to get started. You can load this example in the editor and play with it yourself. You can then modify it to suit your needs, or just use it as a learning platform to craft your own.
If you want to see and tweak the mobile view, then switch the editor mode into mobile:
