Is it possible to export/view the custom registration fields? Currently the information shows in the ‘Inbox’ section, in conversations.
I need to link the data with a database and be able to export it.
Thanks

That’s a good question. I’m not sure - I’m going to do some digging for you.
Thanks @brett-haralson I’ve been trying to figure it out all night, I just cant seem to get it to link to any database. I thought it would have worked the same as any normal form, so we could create a database for it via the form submissions tab, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Hopefully we can get it working!
I’m thinking the registration fields are attached the member data. So it would be exporting members.
@brett-haralson That works to a certain degree, but it wont export documents upload via the registration form, the signature field, or dropdown fields and these are urgently needed for the client…
Hi Tom,
I’m Rinat - PM of Wix Forms. Thanks for your feedback! As Brett said, the registration fields are attached to the members data. You can export the data from the submissions you get by exporting the site members list. To make sure all fields can be viewed in the member list, make sure to configure this in the form. You can do so by selecting the form fields, clicking on the “Connect to Data” button (button at the most right - see screenshot) and choose to sync each field to Wix Contacts - this will add the submission data of each field from each form submission to the relevant contact/member. If you need anything else feel free to reach out to me directly and I’ll be glad to answer any questions!
Thanks a lot for the help Rinat!
Hi @rinatkl Thank you for getting back to me.
I’ve done this but the ‘Signature Field’ , ‘Document Upload’ & ‘Drop Down’ fields don’t seem to have that sync option?
Hi @rinatkl Wix Support have said that the ‘upload doc’ field only gets sent to the Inbox and not abot to sync with the customer information, therefore not exportable or viewing in a database time form, is this true?
@maughantm This is true - the file upload & signature field are currently not saved in the contact info. This is a feature request we’re aware of and plan on resolving it in the future. Regarding the Dropdown field, you should be able to save it to contact so if it’s not possible please send me additional information so that I can check it out. Thanks!
@rinatkl Okay that’s great thanks, and I’ll to my client and let you know. Thanks for your help and Brett,
