Just thought I’d share a project I’m working on for a Travel & Tourism Services Provider.
Although the entire web portal is very big to explain, one of its feature includes an Online Shopping Store.
You have your Multi Currency Shopping Store which displays products from a Database Collection.
Then you have the Options Selection stage where you can select your details such as No. of Pax, Time etc. You also have the ability to apply Discounts for which the Discount Coupon and % are stored in a Database and controlled by the Back Office Staff.
Then you have your Mini Cart as below which shows the Order Totals & Current Items in your Shopping Cart
Finally you have the main Cart where you can review your order before checking out
Still a long way to go but its going well so far.
Other than this the Web Portal has a own Survey Platform similar to SurveyMonkey with which you can track respondents & view responses; Databases and UI to control the content on the Website’s Front End; a usual Sign-up Procedure & Client & Back Office Dashboard; & Many Many More Features.
Next stage for this Shopping Cart is integrating a Payment Portal (Not Stripe or PayPal) so I guess the whole project including the Shopping Cart will take another 6 months.
