Customizing Cookie Banner

Hello beautiful people!

I’m setting up a cookie banner on my site and it’s nice to be able to customize the colors and text, but the customization beyond that seems pretty limited. It’s also weird that it can’t be edited in Editor (in my opinion).

Here’s what I want to change:

I don’t like that the links for settings and privacy policy are underlined. Is there a way to remove the underlines?

I’m also not a fan of the “accept” button size…

here are the instructions, @kristina-bowman

Hi Andrew,

I already did everything in the instruction article beforehand and it doesn’t mention how to remove the underlines for links and further customization beyond:

-Color (I chose a dark grey and off white)
-Text (font, font size, and content)
-Button style (not size or interaction)

Directly from the link provided:
Under Text & Display Settings , customize your banner by doing the following:

  • Change the Banner Color Theme from light to dark by selecting the relevant checkbox or customize your banner’s colors to match your site. If customizing, you can also:

  • Customize the Button Style with a choice of square, round or rounded corner buttons.

  • Customize the text font as well as the font size.

I’ve already applied all of these settings and while the cookie settings have made a lot of progress, it appears that what I asked is not a feature yet.

Thank you for your time and thoughtful response.

at this point, this is not exactly Editor X feature, as you can see, the customization happening from the dashboard, but we will forward underlines n buttons sizing to the relevant team, thanks for your detailed feedback on this!
