Customizing dynamic pages for members

Hi there,

I am creating a database of theory and questions for my students and I have quite little knowledge of programming, so any solutions for these ideas would be appreciated!

  1. My questions are for Maths, Chemistry and Physics, they also have topics and subtopics. I have tried creating a dynamic index page for undefined subject to show all theory and question dynamic pages in a list but it seems to only be working when I choose a filter for a single subject. It is not a big issue, since I can create three separate pages for subjects, but it would simplify the structure of my site. When I try setting a link to some button, it does not show me an option to which subject I want to link.

  2. In such index page I want to somehow emphasize the theory from questions because I expect there to be quite many elements and this would help navigation. It would be even better, if there was an option to create an index page to index pages for subtopics in some subject.

  3. I am using Wix member pages, thus I was also wondering, if it is possible to collect information if a student has already seen a dynamic question or theory page by either automagically collecting such information or pressing some button to inform the website that the question has been solved. It would be great if the student could see their progress on a subject, subtopic or topic in the index pages. In addition, would it be possible to have a button on a dynamic question/theory page that would report an error/mistake on it and I would be notified about it or it would be marked on my database?

I know this a lot to ask, but solving any of these issues would make my site much better.

  1. One of the ways to resolve your task - is to create Repeater with subjects listed in some member page CMS: Creating Custom Member Profile Pages | Help Center | Wix.com , CMS (Formerly Content Manager): About Displaying Collection Content in a Repeater | Help Center | Wix.com . Define link in repeater for each subject and use Filter by Logged-in User (https://support.wix.com/en/article/how-to-filter-a-page-based-on-the-currently-logged-in-user) to show related to current student info and current Subject page to display dynamic content ( e.g. CMS: About Displaying Collection Content in a Table or Gallery | Help Center | Wix.com )
  2. Another way - you can find somebody to develop the whole scope for you.

filter by logged in page is no availabe can you pleasse gide?

I don’t know if this will help you but here goes. Y
When you are in the WIX Members area you can add a dataset to your page and filter it by selecting Owner , is Logged in User . This will automatically only let the logged in user see this page.
