If slider is at 1,
age next birthday 1 = AXA Shield Plan A 148
else
If slider =2
age next birthday 2 = AXA Shield Plan A 148

Thing is that I need some help or tutorials on this, especially to obtain the names of the elements, wonder if anyone could help!
