I’m a little lost on a solution for below, have read through many forums without success and would greatly appreciate any workarounds / advice.
I have a database with c200 schools listed, including name, location , logo etc. Each school is also tagged in the dataset as (e.g.) A, B, C, D, or F.
I have created the content and it works very well.
When a customer lands on the page for a particular school, they should see the products relevant to that school.
There are only 7 or 8 different product collections (i.e. not 200), I just need Wix to know that if this tag appears (or other workaround) then display this product collection.
I couldn’t find a way to get this to work, so tried to add the product collections as a column in the database, which would work really well, but the best I can do is reference them which just adds the text of the product collection to the page.
So in short, the user experience is that you search for a school, it appears (all good), you click through to read more about that school and there’s some text and info (all good) and below the text and info one of 7 or 8 product collections is shown, which are the most appropriate purchases for that school (not all good!)
Happy to work hard at this to get it functional but brand new to Corvid and haven’d scripted since PHP was brand new, so be patient
