Database - cannot delete row

The HELP and the Forum both say I should be able to right click on the row number to delete a row in the database.

Working on a Mac, when hovering over the row and selecting right click I do not see the context menu which presumably has the delete row item…

Instead I get the standard Mac OS right-click menu…(see screenshot)

(I’ve tried disabling extensions)

Hi Stephen,

As it says in the docs and the forum, It is possible to delete a row by right clicking the number and then choosing delete. It is supported on Macs as-well.

Does this problem occur in different browsers?

Yes, same is happening on FireFox as well as Safari…just gives me the standard MAC OS right click menu…

Hi,
Please send the editor’s URL so we can inspect.

Okay, now I not able to access the database at all…clicking on the database just results in a black window…! Checking the published shows the data is still there, but it’s disappeared from the editor. I tried with different browsers…

I am having the same problem. I cannot delete this rows no matter what I do. I tried different browsers I tried reloading a milion times. I am also on mac. Someone please help?

Hi all!

We tried to reproduce the issue you’re describing but everything on our side after several checks seems to be fine.
Please inform us if you still encounter this problem.

Doron.

I’m haveing exactly the same problem on my mac.

same problem on my mac

Do you use the trackpad with option-click? I’ve found out that this does not work, but if i connect an actual mouse to my laptop and use it’s right-click it works… (I always thought, it’s the same…)

Wow! You´re right it works when connecting an actual mouse. Thanks!

Hey guys,

I tried to reproduce again, as I done before.
I tried on several browsers - all while using trackpad on mac.
I couldn’t get the same result as you were describing.

If this kind of behaviour occurs once again, please make sure to document it by screencast and upload here the video so we can know what we’re dealing with.

Let me know,

Doron.

With two fingers already touching the trackpad, say index and middle finger. click with your thumb or any third finger for the “right-click” menu.
