Database connectivity not working since yesterday's outage

Hi Team,

There were some changes that I was doing on my website joyservice.in yesterday. But realized that there is something wrong at wix side yesterday and several things including website was not working properly yesterday.
The outage notification was being displayed on wix support page as well.
Error#502 was being displayed when anyone tried to reach the website.
Now, the database connectivity for the new collection that I created is not working at all.
Name of the website: joyservice.in
The page/form connected with the database collection can be found by clicking on “Service Provider Registration” at the top.
Collection Name: dataset2
Database table name: “RegistrationRequestV2”

Also, I do not see the data that was present in the old database table “RegistrationRequest”.

I’m not sure how to fix this.

Also, on the submission form “Service Provider Registration”, when anyone fills the form and clicks on “Register” at the bottom of the page, we get the message “Your content has been submitted” as it was configured to appear like that, however, the data filled in the form doesn’t get auto-wiped out. And the data doesn’t go into the database table.

Kindly help to fix this asap.

One more thing in addition to the above mentioned. I had configured the “Service Provider Registration” form in such a way that if anyone fills the form and clicks on “Register” at the bottom of the page, I would get all the information from that form over email on support@joyservice.in

But that does not work either.

The database part is fixed now, and is working properly. Now the only part that is not working is the email part.

Hi!

Im happy to hear one of your issues has been resolved!

About the email part, what error do you get on your console?
Please take a screenshot of it and post it here so we can understand better the situation.
Anyway, You got - here , a great instruction video that could really help you go step by step over the setting up of an ‘on form submission email notification’.

Hope it helps!
Best of luck!
