All working thanks buddy, I am trying to create a trigger for the “paid plans” app. Do you know if this is possible? The app sends a simple one but I want to customise that and cant find a way to do it. Everything else seems to look good though
If it’s not on the list then I guess it’s not possible yet, but this is a relatively new feature so there may be more integrations in the future.
Hi Tomer, So I set up a custom form, it says active but upon hitting submit I get no email. Is there deffo no code needed?? It also wont let me add more fields than the ones already there. They wont sync with mine. I am not sure If i need to add a little code or what?

You have to create your account then hit my account and it will take you to the form to fill in. I wanted to make it as a custom login page to collect all the info but I couldn’t figure it out. I am wondering if that’s why the form won’t work. Anyway you check it out and see for yourself 
When I try to create a new account, the submit fails with the following error in the developer console:
“The current user does not have permissions to insert on the Members collection.”
You need to modify the permissions on the collection to allow inserting new data.

but I still receive no email and also it wont direct me to my dynamic dashboard with a new user but with one already created before it messed up it does. Is that still because my settings are wrong on the database?
but all the data goes in the database, if i get the link from the dynamic page in the database it works. So its registering details, just no email or custom button not working to go to account.
I just submitted the form and no failures occurred so it should send the email, can you check your inbox? Maybe it’s in the spam folder?
EDIT: I now see the automation for this form is disabled, so you’ll not get an email.
You do have an active automation for another page on your site with a form that looks the same, but that’s not the form I get to after I sign up.
yea I checked the spam folder and nothing, I am lost now as to what I am doing anyway as the login wont go to the client area… when you clicked my account did it take you there or did the button not work for you? I am trying to resolve it… do you help build websites Tomer? I would pay just to sort this little thing out!

- Your dynamic page for the member account is configured in a wrong way. You are using the ID field, although you should be using the Owner field.
The ID field is a unique ID for every item in the collection.
The Owner field is the user ID of the member who “owns” this item, meaning inserted it to the collection.
When a person signs up/logged in, any item that is inserted to a collection is inserted under their user ID as the Owner field.
Try to switch that in the dynamic page settings and try again.

Really appreciate your help tomer thank you. I reverted back to an old one and adjusted a few things. Think it is all working now. I get the emails but on automations i cant choose visitors to get an email for my custom form. Basically once they fill in the form I want it to automatically send an email again after 28days to let them know its time to fill it in. However it wont let me select visitors, will this mean i have to manually input their email address in order for it to work?
