Database submission rewriting first entry

Hi there- I’ve got a user submission form that works to collect photos and text, but instead of adding a new line / entry for each submission, it seems to just rewrite or overwrite the first entry.

Any ideas?

To fix your problem, just change the dataset permission to Write-only :
