Dates versus delays in automations

Is there a way to set a date instead of a delay on automations?

I have a form linked to an automation, but when I go to set the next trigger, it only lets me delay the trigger by number of days and not select a date I want the next email to go out.

I have a launch day I want to promote, so the purpose of the form is to collect information and have people take action, but since they’ll fill it out at different times, I need to set triggers for 2 weeks before launch, two days, and the day of.

Is there any way to do this without creating and scheduling separate emails for each one?
