Hey all,
I was wondering if there is a way to delete individual entries in a database? i.e. if I created an entry to test a feature but did not want it to remain in my collection. This seems like it should be simple but I can’t figure it out.
For example, if I wanted to remove Alice Peterhurley (these are all made-up entries) is there a way to do this?
Click on the number beside the entry to select the entire row. Then right click in the same spot. It should give you the option to delete.
Thank you! I had tried that but I have a mac and so tried control-click which didn’t work. After your reply I searched for another method of right-clicking on a mac, tried clicking with two fingers and was able to delete. Thanks again!!
Well, that deletes the row from the Sandbox, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to sync the deletions with the Live database. All the syncs leave the Live database alone or restore the Sandbox to be identical to the Live database… I’d very much like to remove trash data, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that. Am I missing something, or when can I expect to see that feature?
Thanks–
Never mind, I missed the edit live database link. I’ve removed my trash
