How do I make my design consistent on all browsers? Do I need to add some code?

What do you mean “consistent” on all browsers? Can you give more information about what you’re trying to achieve? Maybe a screenshot?

Thank you for this. But my question is geared towards different browsers. So, I created my website using Google Chrome browser, I discovered that because I used Wix Studio, I am getting broken designs in other browsers. this is a huge concern.
