Is there a way to determine what product a site member purchased after they complete the transaction? This question is for both the Wix store as well as the POWr store. I need to update my member collection based on the subscription plan they buy.

I’m afraid that currently there’s no integration of Wix Code with Wix Stores or other apps from the app market (such as POWr). You can submit a feature request for this feature here .
