Developer(s) needed to complete a partially build website on Editor X

Hi all

I have a partially build Prize competition website developed on Editor X with an external AWS MySQL database. I am looking for an individual or team to pick up the project and move it to completion.

Can anyone help with this or possibly recommend anyone that could help. I am based in the UK and ideally prefer my tech team here but I am open to suggestions.
